In four moments; each one within its own timing, structure and feeling, two bodies enter into symbiosis. Pragmatic and ethereal moods touching each other, allowing the imagination and emotions of the audience to emerge. The ambience of sound and music represents both:a subtile and intimate atmosphere, creating a comfortzone for performers and audience, and a dramatic interplay including powerful exaggerations of movements, emotions and lights. IMAGA was founded in 2012 by Melissa Scioscia and Ingrid Esperanza. The focus of their work is an ongoing quest for new ways and possibilities of movement within the Circus Technique “Hair Hanging”. Looking for a personal scenic language, they decided to go deep into their relationship as a Duo (rigger & hanger). IMAGA played several festivals and venues: “Festival Deltebre Dansa”, “Fun Fatale festival”,“Festival de Circo du Brasil”,  “Festival di Artisti di Strada”, “Festival Mirabillia”, “Mercat de les Flors”, “Centre Cultural Terassa”, “Fira de circ al carrer”..among others.

Imaga won the Zirkolika award for “Best Emerging Company” 2015.
